Our Uji Blend is an ode to the birthplace of Japanese matcha, and a celebration of our incredible partner, a heritage 10th-generation tea farm in the heart of the matcha capital! This matcha blend comes from hand-picked (tezumi 手摘み) leaves during the spring harvest, and is crafted to have robust depth and umami in mind to shine through milk and sweetener.
