About Loot

Loot opened in January 2026 with one principle: that an honest grocery shelf was possible if the work happened before the product hit the shelf instead of after. The store in West Palm Beach is where that principle is proven.

Around the store, Loot is building a platform: the Standard, the Key, a monthly box called Loot Delivered, and a Journal published continuously. The store is the credibility engine. The platform is how the credibility scales.

The store is the soul. Everything else is the scale.
