Accessibility at Loot

Loot Grocery aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this site. We want the Registry to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or whatever else you browse with.

This is ongoing work rather than a finished job. We test the site ourselves and fix what we find, and parts of the experience — the drifting product wall in particular — are the kind of thing that needs re-checking as the Registry grows.

Two parts of the checkout and application flow are run by other companies and we do not control their code: payment and checkout are hosted by Shopify, and the founder application form is an Airtable embed. If either one blocks you, tell us anyway — we can take your information directly, and we will raise it with them.

If something gets in your way

Email hello@lootgrocery.com and tell us what happened. You do not need to know the technical term for it — "I couldn't get past the product wall with my keyboard" is exactly the kind of message we want. Please say what page you were on and what you were trying to do.
