Our luscious green cardamom is grown from a rare indigenous variety called Palakudi that is delightfully floral and creamy. It's a great addition to tea, coffee and baked goods. Our palakudi cardamom is sourced from a family farm in the lush cardamom hills of Kerala. Our farm partners — Sunny, Rosamma and their 3 daughters live in their ancestral home built on the farm where they grow cardamom, pepper, tea and vegetables.
